Follow your heart not your mind.

When you follow your heart you basically act off natural instinct. If something does not feel good to you and you

get that gut feeling trust it. You see listening to your heart is much different from listening to your mind, your mind can make up stories and tell you you aren’t good enough to say that joke or talk to that stranger.

When you follow your heart you are willing to be yourself and put yourself out there no matter how weird it might seem to others. Other people are worried about themselves and if you need a reality check a good portion of society is self-centered and only think and care about themselves.

Self-love is crucial and you should always love yourself first otherwise you won’t be able to love others. Don’t look at yourself as a misfit around people, everyone is different and thinks differently. If someone behaves in a way that annoys you don’t take it personal you and that other individual just look at life differently.

Someone who is more social and an extrovert will smile and laugh more and be more open with people. Timid individuals who stray away from facing judgement keep to themselves and often walk with their heads down and rarely make eye contact with others. Due to the fact that they aren’t confident in who they are and what they have to offer to others they don’t speak and don’t take action.

What I am trying to to get across to you is that you are not your thoughts. You are not what your mind is telling you, for example if you see a sharp looking guy who jumps out of a black Lamborghini you immediately think he’s got it all figured out. That guy probably owes a good 200,000 dollars on the car, maybe he saved up for years for a $80,000 dollar payment and built up his credit to be able to finance the Lamborghini and now he is stuck in debt.

If the cashier gives you an attitude or ignores you when you greet them, don’t worry about it their life sucks or maybe they just suffered a loss and are going through the motions. When you really want to do something though go for it, ignore your mind which will come up with 5-10 different worst case scenario and like Nike said JUST DO IT.

Hello, the name is Dionis and I've been an avid sports enthusiast ever since childhood. I studied at William Paterson University where I obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and have worked at several financial Institutions within the banking industry through my 20's. I've embarked on the entrepreneurial path in search of looking to impact as many lives as possible by providing value in a subject which has always been ingrained in me as a kid which is the NBA. I've followed the NBA passionately since I was old enough to pick up a Sega Genesis controller and pop in NBA Live 95. I hope to widen your interest in a game I've followed rigorously my entire life and plan on following till my time is up on this earth, thank you for visiting.
